Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy!
The Paladin Team is passionate about ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. If the product you have purchased from us via our online shop is faulty, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note: all items are made bespoke, so once a store is closed and orders are sent into production we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items so please check the size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
We have teamed up with our shipping partner (Shippit) to make returns as painless as possible.
Step 1. Submit request via portal
Login using email address and order number. Select return item, reason and return method.
Step 2. Download return label
Step 3. Pack and Return
Drop off item at any Australia Post postbox or post office, or book courier pick up.
Returns are FREE of charge and include tracking.
What we ask of you
Tags are still attached
The items are in original, undamaged packaging
The items are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
This policy applies to our online customers only.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please allow up to 10 days from date of return, for your return to be processed.
All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 -2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.
We will refund the original cost of shipping where the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Please note that any orders placed via a PRE-ORDER window cannot be altered in any way once the Order Window has been closed. At this stage all items ordered during that window are in production.
PRE-ORDER items will take approximately 6 weeks to manufacture, and approximately another week to get to you. Please factor this in when placing your orders.
